We are a modest company that tries to be beneficial to humanity by producing products that support health. Our company ZB Healthy Life, is established in Malatya, Turkey. Our company was not established by a capital group nor we have received any investment support from anywhere, its a small family run endeavour founded and led by MD specializing in family practice.
OUR HISTORY
07/05/2020 Our company ZB Healthy Life (Saglikli Yasam A.S.) was founded.
05/10/2020 Burzek was approved as a health food supplement.
29/10/2020 Production of Burzek started.
09/11/2020 Certificate of ISO22000 standards has been granted for our facilities.
09/11/2020 GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedure) certification granted
30/10/2022 Burzek is registered by FDA and now offered to North American clients

OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES
In our production facilities, production is carried out in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex and hygiene.
In our facility, the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program is implemented with accordance of internationally recognized Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) certifications.
According to the principles of HACCP, GMP and GHP, all stages of production are inspected by meticulous observation and measurement of all control parameters in a planned manner.
The effectiveness of our Quality Assurance Standards is regularly evaluated by independent experts.
Our production facility has proven its quality on the international platform by obtaining the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certificate, an international standard designed to provide a safe food supply chain worldwide. The production procedures of our products produced in our production facility and the risk assessments for the food chain from the producer to the consumer are evaluated by the observers of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) with the help of the Turkish Focal Network, and the standards are determined by the European Standard (ES 29000) and the European Union Food Safety Protection Legislation. It has been certified that our production is suitable for circulation in the European Union countries.
Recently, our facility has been registered into the FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) in order to reach our American clients and we are currently working on getting the necessary permits for our Canadian distribution.
